Awards Program
In 2006, the Canadian Centre for Emergency Preparedness (CCEP) introduced the Canadian Emergency Management and Business Continuity Awards to recognize individuals who have made extraordinary and lasting contributions to the fields of emergency management or business continuity in Canada. Calendar of Events
CCEP maintains a list of major events of interest to disaster management professionals scheduled over the next year.

National Survey
In 2009 CCEP commissioned a survey to gather information about how the public views Emergency Preparedness and to provide community emergency management professionals with information to enable them to adapt their programs to better educate the public on this vital issue. The report called “Preparing for Crises: Findings and Implications from the National Survey on Emergency Preparedness in Canada” can be downloaded free of charge.
